Generex (GNBT):

Generex said this morning that they had now achieved 75% of the required number of per-protocol completers in its Phase III trial of Oral-lyn. The company noted that early results may suggest that the use of Oral-lyn will support a non-inferiority claim relative to standard of care injectable insulin. The company reiterated that patients taking Oral-lyn on average showed no weight gain and an actual decrease in Body Mass Index (BMI). » Read more: Daily Pharma Watch

ArQule ASCO Data Analysis

This post will be brief, I have to say I am a little disappointed in ArQule at this moment. I’m not necessarily disappointed in the data that they reported at ASCO, it’s still pretty good for NSCLC. I am just disappointed at the fact that there is not any real NEW data being reported. Add in the fact that the company embargoed the abstract until June 5, 2010 which added hype that the company may be reporting OS and ORR data at this years ASCO, but that didn’t happen. » Read more: ArQule Inc.
