Late Friday evening Generex filed another Proxy document with the SEC’s filing system EDGARS. In that document (found here) the company asks shareholders to effect a reverse stock split with more confusing terms for shareholders. So this may have slipped through a couple of investors watchful eye, but I have decided to provide a brief update on Generex’s IND treatment program for Oral-lyn which can be found here.
